I can't find my tracking number- If it has been within the 2-3 day window for our processing time you have been emailed a tracking number. If you do not see the email in your inbox please check your spam. If it is not in your spam you may have made a typo with your email during checkout and can contact us to have your tracking number resent.
My package was supposed to be delivered already but my tracking number hasn't updated- USPS gives you an estimated delivery date when you are tracking your package. There is no guarantee that it will be delivered that exact date. If your order still says it's in transit then it's on the way it's just delayed.
My package says it was delivered when it wasn't- If this happens please contact your local USPS as they are the ones that handle the final delivery process and are the only ones who can update the delivery status on your package. They would have the most information to give you on the exact whereabouts of your package.
My package has been saying in transit for days with no new updates- This means that your package is delayed on it's way to the next facility. It is still on the way it is just delayed.
